Agents of the Imo State Police Command have captured a 15-year-old Senior Secondary School understudy, Precious Ehiedo, and two others, Juliet Ogben and Favor Okoh, for purportedly taking and moving siblings kid between the ages of two and seven for N800,000.

The state Commissioner of Police, Dasuki Galadanchi, who gave more than one of the recouped youngsters to their folks at the order’s base camp in Owerri, said that two-year-old Chiemerem and seven-year-old Mmesoma Nwoke were stolen on November 13, 2018, by Precious at Umuezeala Ama in the Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State on the guidance of her folks.

The CP said the young person had asked for cash from her folks for the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination enrollment, yet the guardians supposedly advised her to take the kids so as to collect the cash.

The police supervisor stated, “On November 13 at around 9am, one Precious Ehiedo, 15, little girl of Mr and Mrs Romeo and Uchechi Ehiedo, inhabitant at Ogbuaku in Mbaitoli LGA of Imo State however locals of Abraka in Delta State, asked for from her folks cash for the SSCE enrollment.

“Her folks advised her to go and take kids for them to offer so as to fund-raise for her examination. Being comfortable with the two youngsters at her maternal home, Umuezeala Ama, in Ehime Mbano LGA of Imo State, she stole the kids.

“The young lady and her dad left for Mbano, however the dad halted at the Amaraku Market square, trusting that his little girl will hand over the kids, who he had trained her to take.

“The 15-year-old met the youngsters playing, stole them and joined her dad at the Amaraku Market and both left with the kids to Ogbaku.

“The youngsters were sold to one Mama Joy at the rate of N800,000. Mother Joy, with one Favor Okoh, exchanged one of the youngsters to one Juliet Ogbor for N750,000.”

Shocking!! 19-Year Old Boy Allegedly R*ped His Own Sister







A 19-year-old man, Andrew Chinedu, was on Tuesday remanded in prison by an Ogudu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos State for allegedly raping his two sisters aged eight and six years.

Chinedu, an apprentice, who resides in Irawo, is standing trial on a two-count charge of child defilement and sexual assault.

The prosecutor, Insp. Lucky Ihiehie told the court that the accused committed the offences between the months of June 2018 and Sept. 2018 at Abayomi Street, Irawo in Ajegunle area of Ikorodu in Lagos State, NAN reports.

The prosecutor said that the Lagos State Domestic and Social Violence Office, which initially handled the case and confirmed the violation of the girls, referred the father to report the case to the police.

Ihiehie said that the accused lived in the same compound with the parents of the girls.

According to him, when the older of the siblings was questioned, she claimed that the accused normally calls her into his room when her parents were not around to have sex with her.

“Any time I refused, he would beat me. He normally promises to buy me sweet but he never did,” Ihiehie quoted the child as saying.

The prosecutor also said that the six-year-old girl corroborated what her sister said and told the police that the accused always had sex with her whenever their parents were not around and beats them.

” He would tell her he wants to show her something and carry her to his bed and remove her cloths.

“She said it was when her elder sister fell sick and their father took them to the hospital that she opened up to him.”

Ihiehie said that the offences contravened Sections 137 and 259 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

He, therefore, asked the court to remand the accused in prison pending the receipt of legal advice from the DPP’s office.

The Magistrate, Mrs E. Kubeinje, while ruling, asked that Chinedu be remanded in prison.

Magistrate Kubeinje instructed that Chinedu should spend the next 65 days in prison pending the receipt of legal advice from the State Director of Public Prosecutions (DPPs).

The case was then adjourned until March 20 for mention.
